1. About Our Services
Wizdom International is an independent private consultancy providing guidance relating to overseas education, international study opportunities, work-visa pathways, career readiness and selected immigration or migration pathways.
We are not a government agency, embassy, High Commission, immigration authority or recruitment agency.
The exact scope of any paid service will be determined by the service selected and the applicable written quotation, invoice, service agreement or other written confirmation.
2. Nature of Consultancy
Our role may include profile review, counselling, course or institution guidance, general pathway information, documentation guidance, application-preparation assistance, interview preparation, career-readiness guidance and other agreed consultancy support.
We do not have authority to make decisions on behalf of governments, universities, employers or other third parties.
3. No Guaranteed Outcome
Wizdom International does not guarantee visa approval, immigration approval, permanent residency, university admission, scholarship approval, employment, employer sponsorship, work permits, processing times or any other third-party outcome.
Final decisions are made by the relevant government authority, university, institution, employer or other responsible organisation.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, genuine, complete and current information and documentation.
Clients are responsible for reviewing important information before submission, meeting deadlines, attending required appointments, paying applicable fees and complying with official requirements.
Clients must not knowingly provide false, misleading, fabricated or fraudulent information or documents.
5. Government and Third-Party Requirements
Government procedures, university requirements, visa rules, immigration policies, processing times, tuition costs and third-party fees may change without notice.
Clients should independently verify important and time-sensitive information through the applicable official authority, institution or provider.
6. Professional Fees
Professional fees depend on the service scope agreed with the client.
Before paid work begins, applicable professional fees and the agreed service scope should be communicated to the client.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, professional fees are separate from government, university, examination, biometric, medical, translation, courier, travel and other third-party charges.
7. Payments
Clients should make payments only through channels authorised by Wizdom International.
Clients should retain invoices or receipts relating to payments.
Additional services outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee, which should be communicated before such paid work begins.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any applicable written service terms.
A visa refusal, admission rejection, employer decision or immigration outcome does not automatically entitle a client to a refund for professional services already performed.
9. Application and Document Accuracy
Clients remain responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of information ultimately submitted to a university, employer, government authority or other third party.
Wizdom International does not knowingly support fraudulent documentation or misrepresentation.
Where we review or assist with documents, such support does not transfer responsibility for the truthfulness of the underlying information from the client.
10. Processing Times
Any timeline discussed is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Processing may depend on governments, universities, employers, third-party providers, application volumes, documentation requirements, background checks or other matters beyond our control.
11. Career and Work-Visa Guidance
Wizdom International is not a recruitment or employment-placement agency.
We do not sell jobs, guarantee jobs, arrange guaranteed job offers or guarantee employer sponsorship.
Career-related services may include general job-search strategy guidance, publicly available resources, CV guidance, employer-verification guidance and interview preparation.
12. Government Documents
Wizdom International does not issue visas, passports, work permits, permanent-residency documents, police-clearance certificates, biometric records or other government-issued documents.
Applicable official requirements must be completed through the relevant government authority or authorised channel.
13. University and Institution Information
University information, programme availability, tuition fees, scholarships, admission requirements and intake dates may change.
Admission decisions remain entirely with the relevant educational institution.
Mention of an institution on our website does not automatically indicate a direct commercial partnership unless such a relationship is expressly stated.
