- Admission-planning guidance
- Career-planning and professional-development guidance
- General educational and career information
- Counselling sessions
- Agreed follow-up support
Not every service listed above is included in every service arrangement.
The services included in your arrangement will be communicated before you proceed with a paid service.
Third-Party Fees
Wizdom International’s professional fees are separate from charges determined and collected by independent third parties.
Depending on the service selected, separate charges may apply from organisations such as:
- Universities, colleges or other educational institutions
- Examination or language-testing providers
- Independent credential-evaluation providers
- Medical or insurance providers
- Accommodation providers
- Other independent third-party service providers
These charges are determined independently by the relevant organisation and may change without notice from Wizdom International.
Where applicable, clients should review current fee information directly with the relevant institution or service provider.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Wizdom International’s professional fee does not include fees charged independently by third-party organisations.
No Outcome Guarantee
Payment of a professional fee to Wizdom International is for the agreed counselling, guidance or consultancy services.
Payment does not purchase or guarantee:
- Admission to a university or college
- A scholarship
- A particular examination or language-test score
- Employment or a job offer
- Any approval or decision made by an independent third party
- Any particular academic, career or other third-party outcome
Decisions made by educational institutions, employers, examination providers and other independent organisations remain outside the control of Wizdom International.
Previous outcomes or client experiences should not be interpreted as a guarantee of the same result for another client.
Written Fee Information Before Payment
Before proceeding with a paid service, clients should be informed of:
- The service being purchased
- The applicable professional fee
- The main services included
- Any known exclusions
- The applicable payment arrangement
- Relevant cancellation or refund terms
Clients are encouraged to ask for clarification before making a payment if any part of the service, scope or professional fee is unclear.
Additional Services
If a client later requests services outside the originally agreed scope, an additional professional fee may apply.
Any applicable additional charge will be communicated before the additional paid service begins.
Clients are free to decide whether they wish to proceed with an additional service after receiving the applicable fee information.
Changes in Fees
Professional fees may be revised from time to time based on the service offered, scope of work or business requirements.
Any revised fee will apply to new or additional services as communicated to the client.
A professional fee already agreed for a specific service will be handled according to the applicable service terms.
Independent third-party organisations may change their own fees separately from Wizdom International.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the service purchased, the work already completed, reasonable costs already incurred and the applicable service terms.
