Third-Party Fees
Wizdom International’s professional service fees are separate from charges imposed by independent third parties.
Depending on your chosen pathway, separate charges may be imposed by organisations such as:
- Universities, colleges or other educational institutions
- Examination or language-testing providers
- Credential or document-evaluation providers
- Medical or insurance providers
- Courier, translation or certification providers
- Accommodation providers
- Government authorities, embassies or consulates
- Other independent service providers
These charges are determined by the relevant third party and may change independently of Wizdom International.
Where applicable, clients should review the current fee information published by the relevant institution, authority or service provider.
No Hidden Outcome-Based Promise
Payment of a professional fee to Wizdom International is for the agreed counselling, guidance or support services.
A professional fee does not purchase or guarantee:
- Admission to a university or college
- A scholarship
- A particular examination or language-test score
- Employment or a job offer
- A visa, permit or other government approval
- Permanent residence or settlement
- Any particular academic, career, financial or immigration outcome
Decisions made by educational institutions, employers, examination providers, government authorities and other independent organisations remain entirely independent of Wizdom International.
Written Fee Information Before Payment
Before proceeding with a paid service, clients should be informed of:
- The service being purchased
- The applicable professional fee
- The main services included
- Any known exclusions
- The applicable payment arrangement
- Relevant cancellation or refund terms
Clients are encouraged to ask for clarification before making a payment if any part of the service or fee is unclear.
Additional Services
If a client later requests services outside the originally agreed scope, an additional professional fee may apply.
Any applicable additional charge should be communicated before the additional paid service is undertaken.
Changes in Fees
Professional fees may be revised from time to time based on the service offered, scope of work or business requirements.
Any revised fee will apply to new services or additional services as communicated to the client. A fee already agreed for a specific service will be handled according to the applicable service terms.
Third-party organisations may change their own fees independently and without notice from Wizdom International.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the service purchased, the work already completed, applicable non-recoverable costs and the agreed service terms.
