Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Canada Immigration, and Refuges shall be evocative to the 2021 version of the national occupation classification system nowadays, a difference that has been in progress since the declaration on July 27. Business Relevant Expertise Changes Coming for Express Entry with a Move to NOC 2021
With the transition to NOC 2021, around 16 businesses will be concluded as the latest eligible for Canada express entry, when 3 businesses become ineligible. Transition to NOC 2011 will have implications on the CRS like the modifications expressed above with the FSWP, the CRS scores given for arranged employment will now observe the updated skill type/level graph introduced with the NOC 2021 system.
Example: if a candidate had received 50 scores for arranged employment in skill type/ Level 0, A or B, They will still get those points if their TEER 0, 1,2 or 3.
The Next Steps Depend on Your Personal Circumstance
Based on where an applicant is in the journey of express entry, IRCC needs various actions in accordance with the switch of NOC 2021.
